一、技術(shù)說明：
本套試驗線是根據(jù)用戶的要求設(shè)計制造的小型雙組份復(fù)合FDY紡絲試驗機。用于滌綸、錦綸、丙綸或添加功能母粒等用于熔融復(fù)合紡絲，牽伸、卷繞制成圓柱形筒子的長絲。雙組份結(jié)構(gòu)有中空結(jié)構(gòu)、皮芯結(jié)構(gòu)、菊瓣結(jié)構(gòu)、并列結(jié)構(gòu)、海島結(jié)構(gòu)。本機也可單組份紡絲。本機適用于教學(xué)或打樣以及開發(fā)品種等。本機是化纖廠及科研院所理想的紡絲試驗機。

Double component FDY spinning pilot machine
1. Summary
This set of test line is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of users. It is a small two component composite FDY spinning tester. It is used for polyester, polyamide, polypropylene or adding functional masterbatch for melt composite spinning, drawing and winding into bobbin. There are hollow structure, Skin corn structure, Petal structure, coordinates structure, island structure for double component filament, or this machine is also can be used for producing single component filament. This machine is suitable for teaching or proofing and developing varieties. It is an ideal spinning testing machine for chemical fiber factories and scientific research institutes.
